Review Edited 4/12/20: It died, in less than nine months, with just minimal use. The motor stopped, and it wasn’t jammed. The power wouldn’t turn on. Piece of junk. I see good reviews and bad - and took a chance. When I received it, the front corner was cracked with a piece fallen off. The box was fine, so I was sent a damaged unit. I’m taking a chance again, and getting a replacement. I’ll update my review when the second shredder arrives. **EDIT** - The replacement unit came the next day. The shredder was perfect - no damage at all! It's a workhorse shredding all my paper! I like the window in the front to see how full it's getting. I am so glad I gave it a second chance!!! Second Edit: Died in July 2020.
