This vacuum comes with multiple accessories. Most important for every day cleaning is the "high torque" cleaner head, but mine was "no torque" (the beater bar didn't spin) right out of the box. Went to the website: no advice. Went to the general web: ditto. Finally called Dyson customer service. After clicking through multiple choices to "cordless vacuums," I was #48 in line to speak to a representative. I don't think so. If I hadn't gotten this through Vine, I'd be steaming mad: it's outrageous for the price of this device. As it now stands, it's a high priced hand vac. Whoopie.
