Do not waste your money. I have serious gut issues and the MD's don't know how to help other than to try elimination diet. We know we need probiotics our doctors don't know much about them. These online hot shot doctors, and there are many, who bottle and sell hope. THIS depending on why you have gut issues will make your problem worse and as it gets worse (it's not die off) your other issues will also flare. I never give major negative reviews but at the price Gundry charges I chose to leave a review. Purchased from his site and now we'll see if he stands behind his products as Dr Axe does. At least Dr Axe really does do returns w/o question and some of his products do help.
