I purchased this water cooler in January, 2018. The item came with a 2 year warranty. After 5 months, the unit stopped giving cold water and now the cold water spigot is leaking. So the unit has basically become useless. I have been trying to get in touch with CEM (the owners of the warranty) and I cannot get any help. I have tried e-mailing as well as leaving messages at the listed 1-800 number for customer service. Both my e-mails and phone calls are ignored. There seems to be nowhere to turn to for help with this faulty unit.
