The auto feed system seems to be very wasteful. The very first time I used this weed wacker, I finished the entire spool before I finished half of the yard work. I don't have a very big yard and it would cost way too much money to constantly replace these spools. I'm returning this item and buying a weed wacker that has a bump controlled system instead.
