I've contacted Amazon and the manufacturer 4 times and they are yet to respond. This is a dangerous product. Please learn from me and DON'T BUY this or any other Sunny Health Fitness products. Sunny Health and Fitness doesn't care about their customers or the injuries sustained by using their poorly made products
