I would have like to say I loved this for my 12 week old puppy....I can not. Within the first 2 days of having it, the "heart beat" stopped working. I changed the batteries, and it worked for 5 minutes and stopped. I did reach out to customer service and told them my issue. I told them I was happy to send back the heart to received another. I also said I would actually "purchase" one if need be. They did contact me, only to tell be either option was not available. I would have sent it back if I didn't through out the box. Basically, I purchased a stuff animal for my puppy costing $39.00. I would not recommend this at all.
