Bought this Aug 25 worked great until my #2 thermometer quit transmitting. The top spins which somehow doesn't allow transmission. I tried to contact the company without any response. Frustrated that a bought this for a lot of money and it partially works. Meater constantly sends me emails on how it works and I send feedback without response. I went through the website and filled out the info they wanted including my serial# and email address without response from Meater. So far I would suggest to stay away from this produce until they resolve their product issues and customer service.
