Horrible. I have a set of all clad cookware that is 17 years old and love the brand. Bought this, used it 5 times and the stem fell apart. Good power but the cord isn't heavy duty. It's useless now. Anyone want to buy the handle? 2/6/15 Review update...I contacted All Clad to see about purchasing a new stem. After several emails, they asked me for a number that is embossed on the plastic part of the stem. Once they had this info, they agreed to give me a new stem at no cost. The process took two months and I haven't had a chance to use the new stem but apparently the stem issue is known to All Clad. Pretty good customer service but it took awhile.
