I was eager to read this book. However, when I found four factual errors in the first chapter, that could easily be disproven with a bare minimum of research, I was very disappointed. The author starts her book with the claim that Megan didn't curtsy to the Queen at her wedding. This is alleged to have "been disrespectful" and started a chain of evenrs. However, the reality is that the live broadcast had switched to a wide shot and missed this curtsy. Someone who was at the wedding would know that and only someone with a live for drama would propagate a blatant lie. Why? Sadly, I can't treat a book seriously when it relies on gossip and the lies, however small, start piling up.
