FAKE BROTH, DOES NOT GEL
This is not real bone broth! It does not gel in the refrigerator! This company is charging a small fortune for fakery!! My blood was boiling when I took it out of the refrigerator the next morning only to find it had not gelled after I had spent $80 on two orders!!! I don’t know about yours, however my homemade bone broth gels wonderfully and without chicken feet too. My broth is absolutely excellent with a deeply rich roasted flavour. This one is a crying shame by contrast in all regard. If you search for “Blue bird provisions 4 Things Every Expert Gets Wrong When Making Bone Broth” you will find how to make no nonsense bone broth. Forget everyone else’s methods on YouTube etc. and simply follow the directions in this blog.
I wouldn’t even trust buying bone broth not homemade in your own home. It takes a lot of bones to make a proper broth so I don’t see it as marketable for companies as it would cost a fortune to make any return. How will you even trust companies? They could simply be adding cheap gelatin or some other questionable ingredients to make the broth gel in order to avoid complaints.
Further, when you visit this company’s website there is no contact form nor phone number. I don’t know how a business operates so unprofessionally. I phoned Amazon and demanded a refund as I will not be scammed by bone broth claiming to be real but does not gel. End of story.
