I bought my impact expecting a great product for the price, man was I wrong! Is the product strong, Yep, does Milwaukee back up their product, NOPE. The charger didn't last through 5 charges, I have tried several times to resolve the issue and see what my options are, well I'm S.O.L. seeing how the Company who sold it to me said I had to contact Milwaukee for help, and when I did, (several times) I haven't got as much as a response. Seriously? not a single response in three weeks! It doesn't matter if you have the best product on the market if the support wont back it up when it goes down, I was more than willing to even buy a replacement charger if I had to, but they wont even respond, now the $400 plus tool lies dead in my tool box. Way to go Milwaukee, THANK YOU FOR ABSOULTY NOTHING...
