Buyer beware...warranty does not apply unless you purchase directly from Shark
I purchased this 11 months ago and it stopped working today. The motor seized and there is no suction. What I should have researched before this purchase is Shark's crappy warranty which only applies to purchases made directly through their website. What a waste of a couple hundred dollars!
