I bought this light after my boyfriend bought the more expensive version for us to compare. In comparison, this light should cost about $20 not $75. If you're willing to spend over $70 for a wake up lamp, get your monies worth and just buy the $120 one (which sometimes had a $20 off coupon.) The concept is fantastic and I love waking up with the increasing amount of light. With that being said, I've been using my boyfriends after returning this one. This one is made of cheap plastic, much harder to operate and the only sound it makes is an annoying beep. The other version is a nice glass piece, easy to use and has multiple options for soothing nature sounds.
