Seriously, I am returning a product I've used many times in past because LaCie's new management has NO way to reach them: they are telling me that my phone number is invalid. I know, eyes rolling, she must be doing this wrong, but I am not (I finally called my coworkers to ask them if I was losing my mind). And there is no way to reach them for product support on the issue without giving them my phone number (even via email) so I cannot contact them so I am returning this very expensive drive. Was a wonderful wonderful company, bought by Seagate, which is a dive company, and now they are taking LaCie down with them.
