I have been using Redken All Soft shampoo and Conditioner for years and love their product. I ordered through Amazon and was excited when I saw it was offered here. After receiving the products, I immediately noticed the cap on the conditioner was a flip open top, and not the usual push open cap they have always used. In addition, both bottles shampoo and conditioner were missing the inner seal that is always under the cap. I also noticed the smell of both products was not as strong as the smell normally is. I inquired if these were genuine Redken products. I was assured that all products are purchased directly from the manufacturer, and that the reason the cap is different is because Redken is currently going through a repackage. I easily contacted Redken to inquire about this. I was informed there is no repackaging for changing the normal push open caps and they also told me that the bottles always have an inner seal. The shampoo and conditioner that I received had no inner seals and the cap on the conditioner was not original to Redken. I do not recommend purchasing these Redken products.
