This product stopped working within 90 days of my purchase. When I contacted tech support, they initially claimed the product was out of warranty - requiring me to spend an additional 30 minutes proving when and where I purchased the watch. After finally getting Samsung to agree to repair watch, the watch was returned to me in roughly two weeks unrepaired. Samsung claimed the watch was "found to be unrepairable, due to liquid damage." This was quite surprising since I had never even gotten the watch damp let alone wet. After spending another hour on the phone, Samsung has agreed to repair the watch. Hopefully this will be my last trip to UPS. Either way, I would not recommend someone purchase this device.
