I received this cup 3 days ago and have never used a menstrual cup. I used the smaller one for the first day of my period and it was hard to insert at first,( Used the C fold) but once it was in then it was fine. Aunt Flow ended up leaking through overnight while the cup was in. I tried to take it out in the morning but it was very hard because the string was hard to locate and it was sitting very high. I managed to pull it out. That morning I tried the larger cup. Very hard to insert in (Used the punch down fold) , I made sure to follow all the steps and take the right precautions. As a few hours went by, I tried to remove the menstrual cup and it was stuck and no where to be found. I couldn’t locate the string that hangs from it and I could barely fit one finger enough to try and take it out. Every so often I would try and take it out and this was for a span of 2 hours. Nothing. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: I had to go to the hospital to get the large Lena menstruated cup removed. The doctor explained how it flipped over and was laying horizontal inside. It was very painful to have it removed. This is the first time I have ever used a menstrual cup. I am not a Virgin and have used all types of feminine products. But I do not recommend this one.
