I ordered onyx. With great anticipation and reservation I applied this to virgin snow white hair. I am Native American and my hair color is naturally black. However, after being critically ill for over three months my hair began to turn white. The night before I started a brand new job in a high-level executive position, I applied this to my white hair. After waiting at the allotted time -I showered. When I got out of the shower I discovered that my hair was dark amethyst purple. Seeing how my new employer would not be enthused with having an executive with her hair her favorite color as her partially temporarily dyed hair ( black and purple combo was cool) I proceeded to wash my hair no less than five times. My hair went from amethyst purple to fuchsia. Seeing how it was until 10 o’clock on a Monday night, I ran to my nearest grocery store and had to buy black permanent dye. I am returning this product in the hopes that the seller does right by its very upset customer. Being so seriously sick for so long -my hair fell out in patches that are barely cover my head. Having to dye my hair black Is now making my hair fall out faster. I bought overtone because I had read the reviews and was assured that this would not make my hair fall out as permanent dye would. Seriously upset and disappointed
