Have long purchased Dove Body Wash from drugstore or market. Switched to Amazon and product seemed different. After three bottles from Amazon, I bought a new bottle from drugstore to compare. The soaps were DIFFERENT! Same exact label, down to product numbering, listed ingredients and place of manufacture. BUT side by side comparison of the soap itself was clear they are different. Amazon version has consistency of runny lotion, had almost no fragrance. Drugstore version had mild scent, pump of soap held shape, light and foamy. One pump of drugstore yielded more than same pump from Amazon. Amazon version slightly gray compared to Drugstore. In photo - Amazon on right (smaller). I have canceled subscription and returned item explaining all of this to Amazon. I don’t want to believe that my favorite products are not reliable when purchased on Amazon. I still purchase salon hair products here. But customers should check - and tell Amazon when their supplier is not reliable.
