EDIT: Amending my review. My device broke, and when I submitted an RMA request they conditionally approved it stating I would need to destroy the device. I destroyed the device, sent photo proof, and then they canceled my RMA request. I could have at least used the device prior to the RMA, but now they've made me destroy it and I'm without working headphones or a replacement. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had this headset for a couple of months now and it is hands down my favorite headset I've ever owned. I primarily got his for gaming, but I've also been using it for business calls while I'm working from home. Pros: - Amazing mic quality. When I first got it, people didn't recognize me over my old mic. - Great sound quality, with a lot of equalizer settings. Volume gets loud enough, with an option to bypass the safety settings if you really want to cause some hearing damage. - The swappable batteries are great. You are never left without charge and that is important in key situations. This is the #1 reason I love these headphones. - The unit allows it to default to speakers if not in use. This was an unexpected feature that I can't see myself living without now. When I'm not using the headphones, my speakers work normally. When I power on my headphones, everything switches over from my speakers to my headset. Cons: - Only thing I can think of is that while the material is mentioned as being very breathable, my ears still get hot after a lot of usage. That being said, I have yet to find a pair headphones that don't cause this problem for me. Overall, I highly recommend this pair of headphones if you are willing to part with the money. The quality is astounding and a lot of the features listed in the pros above have made using them a dream.
