This was working ok for about 3 weeks. I couldn't tell how much of a difference it really made to the air quality in my bedroom but was feeling optimistic. However, I went to turn it on to run it one day and the fan just wouldn't start. Contacted Levoit directly via the email address listed under the warranty info. At first they offered to send me a new one but once I gave them my order # they never bothered to reply. I sent another separate email a few weeks later and they replied to tell me they don't deal with Amazon orders. I'm furious. Amazon is helping me out but Levoit should not advertise this product as having a 2 year warranty if they won't honor it or help anyone who made a purchase through Amazon. Honestly don't buy this product, it's cuter than a lot of air purifiers but a defective product and terrible customer service
