I had high hopes for this after reading all the positive reviews. I have had professional microdermabrasion treatments that worked great, so I was hoping for at least some improvement with this little machine. I should have used it on a smaller area first to try it out. I have combination skin, with oiliness in the T zone, so I used this in the oily area where needed. It caused a horrible breakout, with large zits in every area where I used this machine. I am afraid to use it again. I used it on clean skin and followed the directions, so I guess this isn't made for everyone. I would suggest that first time users try it on a small area first, and don't assume if you've had a professional treatment that your skin will do well with this.
