Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this Sonos Move and their website states “Ultra Durable. Don’t worry about accidental drops or bumps. Move’s components are protected by a hard-wearing shock resistant case.” After calling Sonos and explaining that it fell off of a small end table much like what is shown on the website (Photo attached) they are not standing behind their product. In fact my 3 month old Sonos Move is being classified as “out of warranty.” Instead of replacing it, they said they would only give me 30% off of a new unit. So I guess that $399 unit will have to go out with the trash. Thanks Sonos as I plan to dedicate a website illustrating my Sonos experience and plan to give it a very high search engine rating.
