I bought this for my mom to use. She is in her 70s and she weighs 95 pounds. She was unable to lock the brakes by depressing the handles. It took too much strength for her and even for me with some effort. It also doesn't stand in place well or fold as compact as we expected. It does roll smoothly, assembles easily and has a nice seat. We had a bad experience with the return process. This seller was slow to respond on refunds, forces the purchaser to pay shipping, and charges a restocking fee. I wasn't going to provide a review but the restocking fee was the last straw for me. I felt I needed to tell others.
