While neem oil may be harmless, I have contacted the company to find out what the rest of the ingredients are. After all, if I am concerned about what I use in my garden, I should be entitled to know what is in it. This is the response I got: "The other 30% is inert ingredients. Inert ingredients are classified as confidential by law, so I'm not at liberty to give them out." To me this rings alarm bells! I ended up purchasing pure neem oil. You still dilute it, as you would this product. Neem oil is the only active ingredient here anyway. This way I do not have 30% of undisclosed ingredients to deal with. Or in the case of the ready to use spray 99.9% of "other ingredients". I have obviously passed on purchasing this product.
