Here I am almost a year later with this thing. Up to until now, this product has been fine and has done its job. But now it no longer works with the battery. The battery is functional and working, however the unit will not allow any current to pass through to anything plugged in on that side of the power strip. (Update 9/25/2015) I got in contact with CyberPower and they said they would repair/replace it under warranty. The problem is that they won't cover the any shipping costs to get it to them. Based on my location and the weight of this product, using UPS would cost me roughly $80 or more just to get this thing fixed for free.
