Bad Seam within a month
Loved this bag at first! It’s a great size (large one) with lots of pockets! Less than 30 days in, and the shoulder strap seam is already unraveling. I contacted the company on August 14th and have yet to hear from them. I really wanted to love this bag but just can’t. I’ll update if I hear from the company.
