I am extremely disappointed with this brewer. The fact that not all K-Cups will work (which I didn't find out until after I bought this brewer) infuriates me. On principle alone, I hate that they are dictating which coffee I'm using in my machine. On top of that, the needles continually clog. I had my old Keurig for 11 years, and I never once had that problem, eventually the plastic hinges cracked, so I "upgraded" to this unit.
