Absolutely despise this product. Plug it in, charge it, and then the frustration begins. Connecting to WiFi was a struggle in itself. Then watching it bounce around aimlessly in a small quadrant of my living room was beyond frustrating. It possibly ran over the same spot 50 times but never made it to the hallway. Traces of dirt still remain. We're taking about a 300 sqft living room. Will be returning.
