BUYER BEWARE "FRAUD!!" I researched Cameras and thought this would be the one for me. HOWEVER!! after my free month of Cloud coverage the camera wouldn't record video anymore without the cloud service. It clearly states on the box that Cloud service is optional!! Drop Cam's answer to this is to tell me that I can continue monitoring my video "live" but there is no software to allow me to record video to my local computer's hard drive. I expected to be able to use this camera for security purposes not monitor my house live all day long. That is a ridiculous expectation. I am not happy to loose $200.00 because the return policy expires after that first month of free subscription. THIS IS FRAUD!! it is Fraudulent to deceive consumers into thinking they are buying something they are not. Last line in photo says (optional) it is deceiving in the fact that I believed i wouldn't need cloud coverage to record video.
