Wish I'd have read the reviews before buying. This is not the factory original battery that was included with the S3. Most notably, it does not have the NFC (Near Field Communications) antenna in it which means S-Beam, Google Wallet, Samsung Galaxy Gear/Gear 2 pairing WILL NOT WORK if you are using this battery. I haven't attempted to confirm yet if this is a completely counterfeit product (i.e. not actually produced by Samsung) or if it is simply an alternative model from Samsung that does not include the NFC antenna. Either way the description is false as this is not the same as the original battery that came with the devices described. Even the model number on the product image (EB-L1G6LLU) does not match that of the delivered product (EB-L1GLLA). The only bright side is that it was cheap and from a power perspective it seems to work fine, I've not had any issues. However, I would suggest doing a search on Amazon for S3 Battery NFC. **UPDATE** I didn't have to look far to confirm that these are truly counterfeit batteries. I ordered two of them and in looking at the labels, both have the exact same serial number. Obviously the label is just a mass produced fake (as are the batteries themselves). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
