Wish I could give this zero stars as I can't think of one good thing to say about this system. -Too small for my 9.5lb not-yet-fully-grown cat. He has to put his head outside of the hood and stand on the edge when he goes. -Bottom grates too narrow (get clogged quickly) -The pan that holds the liner and collects the pellet break down is not nearly deep enough. Have to change pad every three days (for one cat!) or you will have a mess when you pull out the tray. -The smell is terrible. I knew that by trying to go more organic would result in more smell but, wow. The pellets don't stick well to the poop and it's too difficult for my cat to actually bury the poop so it just sits on top smelling up the house. I am extremely dissatisfied with this expensive, small, and inefficient litter system.
