Do NOT use on sensitive skin!
The product did a decent job of removing hair. There are a few spots I missed and it was my first time using the product, so perhaps regular users get better at it. I wasn’t sure how hard to press but it didn’t hurt while I was using it. However, I started bleeding in multiple places as I finished the first leg. I still wasn’t really in pain so I decided to finish both legs. Within ten minutes, my legs were completely inflamed and ON FIRE! I didn’t know what to do so I tried 100% aloe on my skin and that hurt so bad I literally yelled out loud. (And after 20 years of Crohn’s Disease and 5 major abdominal surgeries I am NO stranger to pain. So when I tell you it hurt, I mean it HURT.) I told my husband never to let that tool near me again. I have KP and I was hoping the exfoliation would help with my dry, itchy skin in addition to hair removal. Some of my KP spots were even more inflamed than the other pores. I’m curious to know what dermatologists think about this tool because, wow, I wish someone had warned me against it. I thought at worst it wouldn’t work for me- I never thought it would cause this much pain.
