After many months of watching the infomercials on these sets, we finally dug into the savings and purchased them. What a mistake! After using them for about a month, the handle snapped off of the medium frying pan. Luckily, nobody was scalded as the pan crashed to the floor. The culprit was defective steel. It was totally crystalized at the handle. Upsetting to say the least, but the real nightmare began when we contacted them. They requested photographs which were promptly sent. Their response was no less than 4 promises of a replacement being "on its way". After almost an entire year, a supervisor finally proposed sending a replacement BUT ONLY IN A DIFFERENT SIZE. It seems he didn't want to be bothered pulling the correct pan for us. The fact that there were so many broken promises from them over a year, he still didn't see fit to make sure we had the complete set which we paid for. They do work as the infomercials show. But given the inferior quality of the cookware, as well as the absolutely deplorable customer service, we consider the set to be a waste. We're scared to use it and have never had a worse buying experience in 60 years. A one star review is much more than the manufacturer deserves.
