Inaccurate n no customer service
It does not keep accurate step count. I counted along with it as I was walking, and when I checked it the number of steps it said were well over what I actually took.
Also, giving it 1 star bc I immediately emailed the customer service department about 2 weeks ago, and have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed. I believe this is the first 1 star I've ever given.
