I really wanted to like this product. I was devoted to Arrid Extra Dry Cream antiperspirant for decades and it has been discontinued and I was looking for a replacement. It just wasn't it worth it in the end for me to repurchase. For me, once I got used to using it, I could go 3-5 days without reapplying. That's great and I loved that- no doubt about it. The problem was that it varied, and I never knew if today was going to be my lucky day or not, or the day I discovered I'd reached my limit with the most recent application. So every day after a couple of days was like playing roulette- and I didn't like discovering late in the day "Darn, I should have reapplied today...." The product is also very difficult and uncomfortable to apply and spread. It sort of has the consistency of mushy chalk or dense clay. At this price point, and with the meager amount in the package, you try and use as little as possible, but it is so hard to spread around your armpit. A minor point was that I hated the packaging- an unneccessary cardboard box to hold a container that is way more plastic than needed mostly to disguise how little actual product you are getting, along with a separate instruction manual book. I don't consider myself a tree hugger type person, but even I couldn't help noticing how wasteful all the packaging was.
