This was a terrible machine. I will be buying a Bissell pro. It is not easy to use and did a poor cleaning job. I have another Bissell carpet cleaner that is not portable and works great so I will get the portable version in the Bissell. Do not waste your money on this piece of junk get a Bissell. Update I Did buy a Bissell pro and it is amazing ! Great results and very easy to use and put together !
