Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased this 4 months ago, and it now squeaks. I contacted Zinus (twice) via their website to inquire about their "worry free 5 year limited warranty". I received no service or feedback from them. The only thing I got was being added to their email list, wherein I receive emails from them every day now. The first 4 months were fine. Worked great, and I love the extra storage space below. Unfortunately, any slight movement causes the bed to squeak. I've tightened every bolt I could. Nothing helps. The squeaks seems to emanate from the weld points. What's the point in a warranty if you cannot receive any action on it?
