Update I have to change my review. The Bidet started varying the stream not the pressure. Meaning when spraying the spray will split in 2 or 3 very tiny streams that feel like needles. I don't have to say it is very painful and shocking. I spoke to overseas phone support and they want a video or picture or they "can't satisfactorily help me they said" At this point, I am stuck with a device the manufacturer will not fix. I also registered on their site for the warranty and they say I did not. I have the email to prove it.
