Like the others, mine lasted two months before the grinders began spinning without friction. I tried all the adjustments, I tried small and large black peppercorns, no luck. I tried contacting Peugeot support via their web form, and after I clicked Send, the web page complained about a field not being properly filled. But it didn't highlight which field, and after wasting 20 minutes re-entering data to no avail, I gave up. I hate it when I read bad reviews but I buy the item anyway thinking, "I won't be in the percentage that has the problem." Buy this grinder at your own risk...and it's risky.
