I have had an Arlo Security Camera system for a few years now and had long awaited a Wire-Free Video Doorbell. Finally, Arlo released their doorbell in December, 2020. Upon receiving my doorbell I installed it and set it up with my Base System. This week my Arlo Pro 2 cameras detected several deliveries, however, the doorbell camera didn't record one event. Arlo Support is terrible and their Arlo Support Community hasn't been much help either. According to the Arlo Product description the battery life is suppose to be around 6 months. My FULLY charged battery lasts about 4 to 5 days. That is pretty bad when it doesn't seem to be working most of the time. I am sending this back hoping that I received a defective product. However, if the exchanged one doesn't work any better I will returning it too. $200 is a high price to pay for a video doorbell take cannot detect a delivery person standing 6 inches in front of it. I am very disappointed with Arlo.
