While easy to put together, the chair squeaks incessantly when in use, the pulley cords lost resistance within a couple of weeks, the pulleys themselves rattled when used for varied exercises, cords became so loose that had to "jury rig" them in order for the metal pulleys not to actually fall off of the anchor posts, the grips & the nylon straps used to attache said grips to the pulleys/cords frayed within a couple of weeks, and actually broke.separated from foam grip handle causing the cord & metal pulley to snap back and gave me a nasty bruise on my leg. Customer service, while easy to reach, sent the wrong repplacement grip when called, and after hearing this story, told me they could not take chair back, would have to go through Amazon. I WANT AMAZON TO TAKE THIS CHAIR BACK (AT THEIR EXPENSE) AND CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL PRICE.
