NOCO Genius Boost Sport GB20 400 Amp 12V UltraSafe Lithium Jump Starter The item never work since the day i received it. The power level indicate 25% when I got it so i proceed to charge it with a USB wall plug and after 3 hours still slow blinking at 25%, i left it overnight after 12 hours still slow blinking at 25%. I thought my USB wall charger was the issue, even though it could charge my motorola MOTO Z Play and Samsung S8 just fine. So i used another brand new USB wall plug charger and left it charging for another 12 hours. Still no deal... i tried contacting NOCO thru their Support and Warranty website but no reply or response from them. I am close to using it as a door stop ..... And I couldn't return from Amazon because I didn't think this product will have any problem from factory until when I need to use it to jump start my car during the winter season.... and boy did it let me down big time....I took it out of the shrink wrap guessing that it should have at least 50% charge from factory but when it couldn't charge it up to 100% I was sooooo disappointed.... I am still waiting from Noco to get back to me...
