Buyer beware
This was gift, paid for a new Apple IPod , there was no indication of anything to differ.
Once opened and turned on, there upon screen is a request for a passcode. (?)
Apple was on the phone so the IPod was going to be Registered. The problem was, it was a USED IPod which had been registered by a prior owner in November. The IPod , it appeared had been,
ORDERED THIS IPOD TOUCH 128GB (6thgeneration) "NEW" ; WHICH WAS SOLD AS "NEW" , WENT TO TURN IT ON AND IMMEDIATELY IT REQUESTED A PASSCODE?
WHAT, A PASS CODE?
I OWN MULTIPLE APPLE PRODUCTS AND NEVER ONCE WAS I ASKED TO ENTER A PASS CODE!
I PLACED A CALL TO APPLE CONCERNING THIS ISSUE TO WHICH THEY INFORM ME THAT THIS I POD TOUCH 128GB ( 6th generation) WAS ACTIVATED BACK IN NOVEMBER BY A PRIOR OWNER!!!!
