I love the size of these canning jars, and was so excited (even to pay $18 for them) back in April. But, unfortunately all but 2 have broken of the 9, and in the same place at the bottom of the jar (sheared at the same spot). The first one broke within the first WEEK. Several were heat related breakages, which makes no sense because they are meant for canning with hot contents. I'm thinking this had to be a defective batch, and contacted the seller out it. They sent back a dry response about how it has been 10 months and not at all sympathetic. Pretty bummed about them.
