The fan works fine, it's the company's business practices I have a problem with. I just ordered this fan a few weeks ago. The price dropped from $230 to $200 in that amount of time with a regular price of $216 being listed. What!? Also in reading the manual it must be installed by a licensed radon technician or the warranty goes from 5 years to 1 year. I was an electrician in the Marines on F-18s. To think that I can't pop and swap a bad fan and put new wire-nuts on three wires as good as any radon tech is ridiculous, and to change the warranty because of such a thing is honestly a greedy practice.
