NOT SPIN ART! CIRCLE MAKER. WOO.
Disappointment all over the place. Spin art, from what I understand, is placing blots of ink on paper then spinning the heck out of the picture to see what it makes. This is NOT THAT. It makes circles of Color on different shapes, that's it. Rip off. Bummer.
