Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Here's my disclaimer....I seem to be one of the few suckers that paid full price for these buds. How anyone can give an "honest & unbiased" review when they receive a product for free is ridiculous. It's a conflict of interest at the most basic level. They are getting the product for free because they have a history of giving good reviews. My 2 star review is based on the reason I bought these....which is for jogging. I was super excited when they arrived, charged them up, & went out on the trail. Here's the problem, the wire loop acts like a stethoscope & picks up and amplifies everything. Just the routine bouncing from jogging transferred to the earbuds and overpowered the music. The sound is similar to what you hear if you're underwater and there are 2 hard objects hitting each other. And even the wind was amplified into the earbud. I tried stuffing the wire loop into my shirt but even the rubbing from that resonated through the headphones. Part of the problem is that the wire loop is really short & stiff, so if you try to tuck it under your shirt it pulls at the earpieces. Sound quality is good, but again, if you are buying these for running then you will be disappointed. Connectivity was also pretty good. I used these buds on 2 long runs & for one cross fit workout and only lost connectivity once from my phone which was mounted on an armband. They also stayed in my ear pretty well. But I won't use them again except when I'm sitting down inside the house listening to music. Too bad because I had really high hopes for these. Good earbuds, just don't market them as being designed for sports activity.
