After tons of research, I bought a pair of these bulbs to replace the low-beams on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I absolutely loved the light these bulbs cast and was thrilled with the purchase. Traveled 4,000 miles on my honeymoon and these bulbs led the way through the Canadian Rockies. Now it's 8 months after my purchase and I noticed one of my low beams is out. So my OEM bulbs lasted 5 years and the replacement bulbs lasted 8 months. I wouldn't necessarily mind replacing these bulbs every couple of years, but the job is a bit of a pain in my Grand Cherokee and anything less than a year is completely unacceptable. Now it's back to the drawing board trying to find a nice, white bulb that lasts. Follow up: I just got off the phone with "Customer Service" at Philips. Wow, what a joke. I called Sylvania first accidentally, and they said all of their bulbs have a one year warranty and were happy to take my information for replacement. Then I realized I should be talking to Philips and called them instead and they were completely uninterested in helping me. They said their product "don't have warranties" and suggested I call Amazon to see if they would refund my money. Are you kidding me? I will never be buying any Philips product again.
